Roles and Responsibilities:
• Designing & Driving Transformation of scalable, highly available solutions with DR capability for
global customers around on-premises data centre, converged and hyper converged infra, Hybrid & public cloud platforms
• Analyze and define clients' business strategy and determine system architecture requirements to achieve business goals.
• Formulate strategic plans for component development to sustain future project objectives.
• Gather detailed business requirements and use cases, and translate technical specifications into
product requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Accountable for handling any customer escalations related to Data Protection Suit (Backup and Recovery) product line
• Providing technical support to customers for EMC Backup and Storage products like NetWorker, Avamar and Data Domain, VNX, Isilon
• Implementing backup and storage infrastructure for clients
• Helping customers in disaster recovery and live disaster recovery and DU/DL scenarios
• Working on Data Unavailability and Data Loss issues and making sure customer service is up and running within set SLA
• Working on Disaster Recovery scenarios and Disaster Recovery tests
• Helping customers to set up backup and storage environment with defined RPO, RTO and to meet defined SLA requirements
• Integrating third-party databases and applications like MSSQL, MS Exchange, SAP, Oracle, SharePoint, NDMP and other major modules
• Handling DU/DL situations, performing Disaster Recovery of Backup servers and application servers
