Conducting Restaurant & central kitchen audits as per the schedule
• Weekly GMP & monthly GMP audit & reporting to the management team.
• Ensuring good housekeeping in the production area and its surroundings to create hygienic
And safe food processing atmosphere.
• Responsible to maintain; Non-conformance logs & CAPA log.
• Responsible for all QA Related operations.
• Preparing Monthly summary of QA activities.
• Handling customer complaint investigations.
• Responsible to monitor Pest control activities.
• Responsible to monitor staff personal hygiene & GMP.
• Monitoring of Health card & date code.
• Supplier audits & Supplier approval as per the company standard.
• Creating final product specification, batch sheet & ingredient declaration.
• Creating standard operating procedure (SOP) according to food safety policy.
• Staff training & briefing to the food handlers as per the Standard operating procedure (SOP).
Inspecting the implemented QMS polices by random auditing & Issue
Corrective/preventive action if it’s required for field & do follow up to ensure completion of requests.
• Conducting weekly GMP & monthly GMP audit & reporting to the management team.
• Responsible to maintain; Non conformance logs, Daily QA alerts, KPI scores, supplier incident report log, insect log, foreign body log, pest control monitoring, customer compliant log & CAPA log.
• Giving training & briefing to the food handlers as per the Standard operating procedure (SOP).
• QIRD preparation to the supplier complaint investigation for Corrective & preventive action (CAPA).
• Conducting routine GMP, Daily documentation, PPE & Date code audits as per daily schedule.
• Assisting in Customer complaint investigation with the Production Management team for
CAPA.
• Conducting foreign body & glass breakage investigations for Operations & QA manager.
• Ensuring good housekeeping in the production area and its surroundings to create hygienic
And safe food processing atmosphere.
• Conducting various projects on the factory floor for QA manager.
• Responsible for collecting food samples for External lab tests as per the schedule.
• Responsible for maintaining the traceability records.
• Evaluation of the assessments of food handlers.
• Supporting the factory personals to achieve their goal with proper standards.
Responsible for random checks & online monitoring of the process, and giving online support to the operatives to follow the QMS.
• Conducting all chemicals & microbiological tests for finished Products.
• Testing & Approving all GRN as per the spec verification & machine trial run bases.
• Coordinates with external inspection agencies, ensuring that all relevant standards are being used and all inspection related records are being maintained.
• Conducting monthly calibration for weighing scales & maintains the communicating to the external agencies for calibration.
• Responsible to send the finished & raw samples to the external & ministry food lab.
• Responsible to monitor water treatment process (RO plant).
• Carrying out raw material and packing material testing finished product monitoring as per the standard requirements.
Responsible to monitor the receiving & dispatch process, it includes the TMD verification
& product temperature specs.
• Responsible for monitoring the in-house storage temperature & product.
• Responsible for setting up the random checks & online monitoring of process, and giving
