a. Since 1990 - founded M/s. Refaircargo, at Hyderabad, aR&D set-up for pioneer work in mobile HVRAC applications. Manufactured the world first 3 phase, fail-safe, window Air Conditioner; the country's first Mini-Reefer; designed the world first Reefer Tanker.
b. Since 1977 - founded M/s. Chandra Corporation, Hyderabad for Commercial & Industrial HVRAC operations - made pioneering work in redesigning the conventional deep freezers, cutting down the foot print by over 20% and power input by over 30%, achieving un-paralleled fastest cooling capacity.
c. 1997 - 2004 - President with M/s. Enertech Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Secunderabad - Successfully founded their import substitution division for Ruggedized Environmental Control Units for the Indian Defense & Telecom Industries, for single window solution for MIL graded mobile communication shelters in the world.
d. 1982 - 87 - Successfully set up & managed M/s. Rishiraj Fabrics, Hyderabad, for composite manufacture of cotton interlinings in a highly competitive & chaotic industrial & commercial scenario.
e. 1981 - 82 - General Manager with M/s. Chandra Industries, Jullundur, Punjab - Manufacturers of Refrigeration Appliances. Brought the company out of the impossible Central Excise muddle and took the production to the highest scale in over 20 years' of their existence.
f. 1980 - 81 - Worked as Executive Consultant - Taxation & Finance - with M/s. Chhabria Group of Industries, Jacob Circle, Bombay - Manufacturers of Hydraulics, Pneumatics & Electricals. Re-organized their total finance & accounts set-up and got all their pending Income Tax & Sales Tax assessments uptodate, avoiding not only huge penalties but realized huge refunds from these revenue departments of the Govt. of India.
g. 1974 - 80 - Executive with M/s. Dairy Ice Cream & Frozen Foods, Hyderabad - Successfully founded & set up their total ice creams manufacturing operations from design to commissioning almost single handedly at a very optimum cost, generating huge capital & revenue profits for the company.
h. 1970 - 74 - Worked in different companies e.g. Sea Palace Hotel ( for over a year, during which time single handedly & successfully managed the 100 room hotel on all fronts during the Bangladesh war in December 1971 for over a week, working 24 x 7), Fluid Power Pvt. Ltd., Joy Ice Creams, National Equipment Corporation, Saraswati Engineering Works - all at Bombay, doing assorted jobs at Junior & Middle level.
