5. Babtain Mosque in Qurtaba Area of Kuwait.

Worked on following Main Projects with ARENCO
a)DEWA AUTO WORKSHOP &DISTRIBUTION WORKS SHOP FACILITIES
Worked on PRE CONTRACT stage up to award of tender. My work was from preparation of budgets, tender documentations. Floating of tenders, receive quarries & liaise with design team & respond to tenders quarries. Receive tender submission. Review tenders, make Tender analysis and prepare Tender Reports & Recommendations & coordinate with client until contract awarded.
b)Al Furjan Yatrib Central Dubai (Nakheel)
Worked on above project as post contract and senior Q.S Completed & settled Contractors and ARENCO’S final accounts on restructuring agreements of Nakheel
c)New Dubai Police academy complex. Dhs 1.2 Billion Project.
Deputed as Senior Q.S /Contracts in charges for all contractual, financial, Q.S and time related issues of the contract. Also was inchrage for all payments certifications pretender stage & continued for Post tender duration. However due to market situation Project is put on hold.
d)Dubai Police Head Quarter Project at AlQusais Dubai
