Roles and Responsibilities
* Troubleshooting of Core, Distribution and Access switches in LAN and WAN network.
* Configuring Static, Dynamic routing and inter VLAN communication onSwitches.
* Identify and analyze the network gaps and escalate to teamlead.
* Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco switches (2960, 3750, 4948 & 7500 Series) and
Juniper Switches (EX 2200, EX4300 &QFX5100, ).
* Conduct Network Performance tests.
* Manage Security Infrastructure solution using Firewalls.
* Regular backup of devices.
* Preparing network diagramsdocumentation.
* Working in MaxIT & solarwinds tool for tracking all the problems related to Networking related issue &
Resolving the same within the SLAperiod.
* Raising TAC cases with CISCO & JUNIPER team for troubleshooting the issues in network on urgent basis.
* Working with DR (Disaster Recovery)setup.
* Co-ordinate with network team engineers (Central, Circle Engineers like AP, KK, TN & KL) and requesters for
problem resolution on priority.
* Prepare critical links & MPLS links utilization report for every week.
* Static IP (MAC binding) assignment to requester with the help of Infoblox Tool.
* DHCP scope creation with using Infobloxapplication.
* An Assist complete Network Service Delivery.
* Modifies an Access List and Inter VLAN Routing configuration based on Change Request.
* Performing IOS up gradation on Switches (Cisco & Juniper).
* Monitoring & troubleshooting Wireless LAN Issues in WLC & AccessPoints
Roles and Responsibilities
* Working in Remedy tool for tracking all the problems related to Server and desktop resolving the same within the
SLA period.
* Configure the basic level of switch as well as broad band modemconnections.
* Administration on Active Directory users and groups.
* Creating OU’s and applying group policies depends on the projectrequirement.
* Granting File permissions on project related folders in File Server.
* Implementing and administrating OS deployment through WDS
* Creating & Troubleshooting Vlan changes & connectivityissues with proper Change Request.
* Installing and Configuring VPN client software, like Cisco Any connect.
* Periodic update of servers with latest securitypatches.
* Providing support for Security Audit related activities.
* Providing support to Video Conference through Cisco & Polymer device
