 Team Management: Leading a team of Key Account Managers, Sales Executives, Merchandisers, Sales Promoters.

 Managing a team of 20 to enhance the growth of distribution.
 Managing purchases, sales planning, top line / bottom line, ware house & services.
 Handling power retailers and corporate accounts in the region.
 Responsibilities includes preparation of promotions & its implementation, marketing & branding activities with all retailers.
