Product Management: Procurement, Price Index, Product lifecycle, Pricing & Positioning, New Product launches.
Inventory Management: Product Costing, SKU analysis, Forecasts, Maintenance of stock turnover period, PSI.
Margin Management: Gross Margin maintenance, Channel Margin analysis, Channel Pricing, Price determination and positioning, SKU performance analysis, Profit & Loss.
Sales Management: Multiple sales channels management - Trade, Wholesale, Exports, Retail & Institutional, Channel sales analysis trends, follow-ups, Direct shipment orders, New Product launches, Promotional Offer launches.
Team Management: Leading a team of Key Account Managers, Sales Executives, Merchandisers, Sales Promoters.
Reporting directly to Vice President - Operations.
Business Development, Market penetration, Team management, Budgeting & P&L management.
Managing a team of 20 to enhance the growth of distribution.
Managing purchases, sales planning, top line / bottom line, ware house & services.
Handling power retailers and corporate accounts in the region.
Responsibilities includes preparation of promotions & its implementation, marketing & branding activities with all retailers.

Create brand awareness to end users and conduct product trials.
Conducting product presentations to the Joineries and Interior companies for the Fevicol products and its applications.
