Direct and manage on a daily basis the financial reporting activity of
Wilmar, this includes providing guidance on policies and procedures
and accounting issues.
• Responsible for monthly financial reporting activities including
managing quantitative data, analyzing data and communication with

accounted on a monthly basis.
- Set up brochure photographs for accessories sales, Body and paint and
detailing.

- Ensuring there is no operation hiccups includes credit card terminals, autoline
system, invoice formatting. Keeping record of introducer claims and ensuring

- Preparation on supplier reconciliation.
- Matching of delivery note and invoice.
Plans financial audits by understanding organization objectives, structure, policies,
processes, internal controls, and external regulations, identifying risk areas,
preparing audit scope and objectives, preparing audit programs.
Assesses compliance with financial regulations and controls by executing audit
program steps; testing general ledger, account balances, balance sheets, income
statements, and related financial statements, examining and analyzing records,
reports, operating practices, and documentation.
