In brief my work profile is to maintain all engineering facilities on vessel which includes maintenance and operation of Main and Auxiliary machinery (Fresh water maker, Pumps, Generators, HVAC, Plumbing, Sewage treatment plant, Firefighting system, Galley equipment, Laundry equipment, Main engines, Propellers, Thrusters, boiler, RO Plants, elevator, etc.) and also Plant maintenance system, Integrated automation system, Preventive maintenance system, Stores, Inventories, etc.
Engine watch during DP operation and normal operation.
Monitor engine, machinery, or equipment indicators when vessels are underway and on operation.
Maintain necessary equipment’s correct operation and maintenance.
Maintain complete records of engineering department activities.
Start main engines, Aux. engines and all Aux. machineries to propel ships and regulate engines and power transmissions to control smooth operation of DP.
Maintain or repair engines, electric motors, pumps, winches, RO plants, Thrusters, SWP, Boiler, FWM, CPP, Steering gear or other mechanical or electrical equipment or assist Chief engineer with maintenance or repair duties
Responsible for machinery operations and maintenance on Barge.
Machinary maintenance and operations.
Machnaries operations and maintenance.
Machine operations, Maintenance and Watch keeping of vessel machinaries.
