Job Responsibilities
1. Monitoring and ensuring that the relevant Method Statements, Inspection Test Plans
and Procedures are in line with Project Quality Plan and being followed through‐out the
Project Life Cycle.
2. Participate in inspections/surveillance visits/ audits of Contractors, Sub‐
contractors, Vendors, Manufacturers/ Suppliers/ Third Party Inspection (TPI) Third
Party Certification (TPC) activities and processes, in line with the approved
documents.
3. Identify observed Non‐Conformances and report to Senior QA/QC
Manager for issuance of internal Non‐ Conformance Reports
(NCRs)/Corrective Action Requests (CARs)/Technical Deviations, as
necessary.
4. Effectively managed all non‐conformance/grievances is resolved timely and efficient
way
Coordinate with technical and site team for adhering to the project specifications.
5. Liaise with the Management Representative to resolve any QC issues and apprise
critical issues to Senior QA/QC Manager and Construction Staff as required.
6. Provide support in reviewing project QC documentation produced by Contractors
& Vendors such as Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statement, Work
procedures.
7. Conduct verification at site of Contractors personnel quality qualification
certificates, cards etc and ensures personnel are performing certain activities within
their qualification ranges.
8. Monitor the performance of Contractor's QC personnel and reports
any concerns/findings to the Senior QA/QC Engineer
9. Review quality and safety aspects related to site works including the work permits
and those related to the statutory and regulatory approvals/permits such as use of
radioactive materials by Contractors and their operating/handling personnel
10. Provide site QC inputs to Senior QA/QC Manager for daily and Weekly Reports. 11.
Participate in site progress QC meetings. Prepare snag list (for final handing over)
SNAG‐R and verifying the de‐snagging with the construction team.
12. Preparation and review of documents such as method statements, material submittals,
inspection and test plans as per specification, IFC drawings and further implementation
on site accordingly.
13. Review monthly progress invoice, conduct inspection, supervising contracted staff
and organizing facilities and ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or
timescales are carried out as a
