Follow up All Daily routine work, Date to Date PPM, Monthly report, Materials Arrange, updating all ISO documents, Man power Arrange, Safety procedure, store update, maintenance of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing & Civil, MEW readings ETC.

1. Follow up all Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Civil maintenance / Break down work, arrange all materials, update all PPM work, Make Daily, Monthly & technical Incident report and direct reporting to Facilities Engineer or Manager.

2. Processing of daily work schedule and work permits (cold, hot & confined space) in order to carry out the day to day preventive and breakdown maintenance activities and coordinates with planning, scheduling and inspecting the completed work of quality and conformity to work specification and standards. Update ISO & safety documents.


3. Maintenance of motors, starters, capacitor banks for PF (power factor) control, Boiler auxiliary, Ammonia refrigeration plat and chiller plant pump motors. All type of VFD and soft starter, Star-Delta starter installation and maintenance up to 315 HP motor.

4. Maintenance of switchgears, breakers, ACB, VCB & SF-6 (Make ABB, Siemens, L&T JYOTI, Crompton greaves, Merlin GERIN) MOV’s all type Nickel cadmium and lead Acid Batteries. HT & LT motors, HT, LT panel, MCC and transformer maintenance work. AC Generator operation & maintenance 250KVA TO 1500KVA.


5. Modification of panel for up gradation works, plant lights erection, construction & commissioning works. All type of electrical & Instrument Cable lying above ground, underground, cable Glanding, Termination, Joints, lugs crimping work.

6. Building electrical construction & maintenance work & BMS Operation,
Telephone & Fire Alarm System.

1. Construction of Gathering center additional EWDP project of KOC.
2. Subiya power generation plant maintenance of Turbine & Distillation plant Switc gaers SF 6 Breakers, Transformers & Battery maintenance. Update PPM checklist & update ISO documents.
3. Aromatic project Electrical sub station construction, Installation & commissioning work.
4. Marina Mall Operation & Maintenance work. Electrical & Plumbing maintenance of Booster pumps, Generator, ACB, Soft starters, ATS, Chiller motor starters, Boilers ETC.

Maintenance of Electrical Motors, Starters, Variable frequency drives, PCC, HT yard, HT & LT ACB, VCB breakers, Generator operation & Lighting Maintenance. Update ISO documents.
