SAM/WAF TMU
 Ensure all operational aspects are covered from South America & West Africa (SAM/WAF)
Trade by coordinating proforma changes, schedule changes etc. and communicating to the
organisation
 Monitor and ensure SAM & WAF routings are within 95% accuracy in TRUST by having
optimal routings from cost as well as commercial perspective

 Optimize SAM & WAF Internal Slot Cost income/expense by analysing actual vs agreed
allocation every month .Based on that, plan and coordinate future TAM agreements across
other trades.
 Monitor and drive Network cost reductions for SAM & WAF by analysing network costs vs
