day to day operational issues of warehouse like administrative duties, maintenance, stocks transactions, physical inventories, store layout, housekeeping, safety and security
•Monitoring receipt of stock and checking delivery note and invoices and items delivered in conformance with purchase orders and prepare goods receipt notes
•Controlling the processing of material delivery orders and directing the issuance and delivery of materials to the concerned department and site
•Updating inventory data on a regular basis in SAP ERP system and continuously monitoring the levels of stock to issue a purchase request for replenishment
•Managed Inventory of USD 100Mn & over 30, 000 SKUs.
•Analyzing stocks and records and suggesting appropriate actions for non-usable, slow moving or dead stocks and end of project materials and safekeeping materials
•Supervising the proper handling of stock items and monitoring loading and unloading of materials
•Receiving all incoming materials and reconciling with purchase orders and other related documents
•Reporting, documenting and tracing damages and discrepancies on orders received
•Issuing materials against approved material requisitions or internal requisitions(MR/IR)
•Arranging and preparing transfer of materials to other units and warehouses
•Maintaining sufficient stock inventory and initiate replenishment when necessary

•Ensures adequate supply levels and timely receipt of material for production and maximizes inventory control
