• Planning, estimation and management of air conditioning and ventilation projects.
• Attending project meeting, pre bid meetings with clients, architects and consultants.
• Monitoring of heat load calculations, drawing prepared by draughtsman and quantities given,
quotations prepared by project engineer.
• Verification of technical queries and deviations prepared by project engineer between client
BOQ and site conditions as per inspection report by site engineer.
• Selection of best suitable HVAC system and providing a competitive techno commercial offer.
• Negotiation meetings, project finalization meetings with clients.
• Inter departmental coordination with purchase, execution and commercial team to ensure
smooth and timely completion of project.
• Establishing amicable relations with executives of various OEMs and vendor development.
• Coordination with clients, PMCs from project initiation till handing over.
• Responsible for multiple projects.

• Preparing HVAC system layouts based on BOD and Heat Load calculation as directed by
client and that would be in co-ordination with Architects vendors.
• To prepare technically and commercially correct offers by working out BOQ, SLD and system
layouts.
• To assist client with problems involving the use of HVAC equipments and services, and
recommends suitable resolutions according to their need to prepare and deliver technical
presentations explaining products or projects and services to client and end
Customers.
• Attending meetings with the clients and consultants to meet the project requirements.
• To prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or projects and services to
client and end customers
• Maintaining records and archives to company standards.
• Co-ordinate with project department for smooth execution of the project and also for
preparation of estimation of variation works and other claims.
• Exceptional knowledge of the installation and commissioning of HVAC equipment.
• Prepare handover documents like as built drawing, commissioning report, escalation chart
service schedule etc.

• Preparations of Variable Refrigerant Volume system design.
• Calculating Heat Load & Generating CFM distribution list, room data sheet.
• Designing of Ducting & Piping Drawing.
• All Co-Ordination with Architect, Consultants & interior Designers.
• Attending meetings with the clients and consultants to meet the project requirements.
• Giving Client the best options for the designing.
• Maintaining records and archives to company standards.
• Distributing the installation work among the workers and supervising the progress on daily
basis.
• Exceptional knowledge of the installation and commissioning of HVAC equipment.

why why analyses.
• Material testing from outside lab as per plan, Gauge & instruments calibration as per due
date plan.
• Responsible for preparation of various quality documents like inspection reports, rejection
reports, etc.
