• Experience in designing of new products (Sheet metal - Fabrications, and Machining).
• Design and Development of Jigs and Fixtures, press tool, Design verification and Analysis.
• Knowledge in Geometrical dimensional tolerances (GD&T)
• Worked on Proe wildfire , Auto cad, Solid works .
• Pilot Lot co-ordination & Productionisation.
• Re-engineering and modifying the products to meet customers needs.
• Establishing the Testing Specifications & validation of products.
• Preparation of service manuals, Retro-fitment & Field data analysis.
• Making presentations on new tools, SOP.
