• Implementation, monitoring and documentation of QA/QC activities.
• Preparation & revision of Project Quality Plan (PQP).
• Technical Submittal & Reports review in coordination with discipline engineers.
• Ensuring and performing all activities in compliance with the Company Health, Safety and Environmental Management System (HSEMS) and the assigned specific responsibilities.
• Random inspections & monitoring the required tests and recording inspections and tests made as per the Project Quality Plan / Project Specifications and attainment of quality requirement in coordination with Discipline Engineers & Site Inspectors.
• Raising Non-Conformance Notice (NCN) and Site Inspection Notice (SIN), for the activities which are deviated from the Contract Specifications or normal construction industry practices and follow up the closeout of NCN's & SIN's.
• Ensuring the issue, amendment and recall of Controlled Documents and other essential records are in conformance with the Quality Management System, the current ISO 9001 standard and the Project Quality Plan.
• Implementation of ASSIST (digital platform by ATKINS’ whichever designed by Engineers to Engineers).
• Conducting training of ASSIST to all users within the respective project.
• Conducting Quality induction regarding project requirements with respect to Client/PMC’s & ATKINS’ quality guidelines.
• Conducting weekly QA/QC Meeting with the presence of Client/PMC, Main Contractor & all subcontractors.
• Conducting Internal Audits as per the Audit Schedule prepared by the QA/QC Manager.
• Preparation of Audit Reports and raising NCN's and observations (if required) and follow up the closeout of NCN's and observations.
• Maintaining Quality records related to the project in a manner, which ensures proper identification, traceability & easy retrieval.
• Monitoring the achievement of Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
• Preparation of Weekly Quality Report & Quality Dashboard by retrieving all required updates in coordination with discipline engineers, site inspectors & Project Control Manager.
• Preparation of Monthly Progress report in coordination with discipline engineers, Project Control Manager & Cost Consultant.
• Preparation of Cost & Scope Control (CSC) & Dilapidation Report.
• Attending weekly commercial meeting with the presence of Client, PMC & Main Contractor with regards to Cost & Scope Control (CSC).
• Preparation of Handing Over Documents in coordination with Main Contractor for attaining Take Over Certificate (TOC) & monitoring during Defects Liability Period for closing outstanding items.
Construction Management and Supervision.
Project Monitoring for Fabrication and Erection.
Coordination with internal discipline.
Preparation of Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Checklists etc.
Supervision of Quality Service providers and Inspectors.
Daily Site Inspection with Consultants.
