Assisting the customer as per SOP and explain about various tools and expandable items available in Self Help centre.
Maintain and check all expandable and non-expandable for its serviceability
Assisting in answering telephone in the office.
Find new items as per the customer request through the FEDLOG and order.
Store all items like, expandable and non-expandable (Tools) in proper manner.
Issue and maintain hand receipts for expandable and non-expandable items.
•Sorting all documented cargoes according to the consignee DODAAC and Destination
•Marking, winding and packing all cargoes and shipments according to the Department Of Defence Activity Address Code (DODAAC) and the DD form 1468, 3161 etc.
•Maintenance of Transportation Control Manifest Document (TCMD) and Material Release Order (MRO)
•Monthly stock and inventory of remaining fights and materials.
•Downloading and sorting of all supply materials, coming from all US military camps in US, Iraq, Afghanistan etc.
•Identification sorting of all 10 supply classes with their National Stock Number (NSN), Part Number (PN) and MRO.
• Worked as the sampling asst. to the manager
• Buyer code of conduct instruction follow ups and their systematic documentation for proper quality and customer satisfaction.
• Staff and workers personal file maintenance and their weekly/monthly salary calculation and distribution.
