 Handle critical job functions in the MRO Storefront business model in executing of the FMA contract between the GE Aviation, Engine Alliance and Emirates Airlines Engine Maintenance Centre (EEMC).
 Primarily responsible for Project Management, Repair Process control, Procurement, New Material Planning of GE Engine GP 7200 used in Airbus A380 & exclusively supporting onsite for EEMC.
REPAIR PROCESS MANAGEMENT.
 Create Repair orders & cross check workscope against our CRD list for repair vendor capability. Coordinate with Repair vendors to confirm capability of parts not listed in CRD.

NEW MATERIAL PLANNING & PROCUREMENT.
 Planning and Procurement of new Materials with respect to the induction GE90 & GP7200 Engines and its safety stock management
 Ensure availability of both new/used material for the required maintenance at all times including rotable and exchange units.
 Weekly monitor performance of vendors and have weekly critical calls with all the vendors and stakeholders to manage vendors to perform and deliver within the kit date. Maintain lean inventory within the stipulated budget by using JIT methodologies

SCRAP MANAGEMENT.
 Managing Scrap, future serviceable items, scrap replacement ordering, and other related activities
 Organize future recovery /MRB/Scrap items shipping and document, their approvals to CSA Dallas.

CUSTOMER CONTRACT INVOICING.
 Create in-depth invoice of overhauled engines and evaluate, reconcile breakdown of charges for new materials, repair, freight charges, handling fees for each engine, repair vendors and supplier’s details and submit manual excel Invoice and also ERP generated Invoice to Engine Alliance for financial processing of payment.
