• Validation of Supplier Manufacturing processes and Corrective source inspection
• Conducting periodical non-conformance defect review meeting (NC DRM) at supplier end to ensure supplier sustainability through validation of CAPA/8D.
• Updating documents on Supply Management Information System, a Unique System used by Bombardier for its Global Supplier database.

• Co-ordination with Customer during customer system audit & implementing customer specific requirements based on Customer feedback after audit.
• Customer Visit regarding Complaint, Initial response of customer concern & concern closing on time and Problems Solving by root cause analysis (8D problem solving method).
• Daily/weekly/monthly rejection report preparation and PPM Monitoring.
• Collected and analysed feedback received from customer so that measures could be taken to improve the product quality.
• Ensure 100% assured parts delivery to customer by taking frequent auditing and inspections.
• Involved in Planning of Materials at requisites Time to the Customer.
• Management of storekeeping functions like stock taking, inventory control, auditing of store material, maintaining books and record (i.e. Delivery note, invoice, requisition) as per ISO-9000 systems requirement.

Vendor Co-ordination
Undertaking inspection of components supplied by the vendors and approving the same if they meet the required / prescribed standards.
Evaluating new vendors on the pre-defined quality parameters, appointing them if they qualify on the same.
