Assist with MEP design and review of all projects including HVAC, plumbing & electrical.
Develop detailed MEP engineering scope of work for projects.
Design HVAC duct system for various projects and selection of apt air handling systems
and accessories.
Problem solving, calculation, evaluation and review of HVAC and plumbing related
systems and activities.
Case studies, plans & performance assessments to support the project objectives and
meet the need of clients
Worked in a team for design & manufacturing of tool/mold used to produce various
components like plastic caps, plugs, fasteners, automotive components, custom plastic
parts, jigs and fixtures.
Got trained in various duties such as tool room supervision, tool follow up, production
follow up, process planning, scheduling machinery, inspection for quality, review of 2D
CAD drawings & inventory management.
Ensure reduction of scrap and rework to increase productivity
Inspection of job after completion
Achievements:
Being a new organization, while working in tool room, I assisted in organizing everything and
getting the procedures in place for every job.
