PROJECT ASSIGNED: Establishment of Patanjali Ayurved Ltd (Tezpur Plant Assam) Total covered area 5200000 sqf with various ware house, Construction of STP, 5MLD ETP, & Administration Block of 60000sqf, Road work and Parking yard 1900000sqf including all services & boundary wall, of 7.4KM including all services works and allied works, Substation 400KV, OVERHEAD TANKS 600KLDX2NOS
Scope: Value of Project is INR 579.14 cores

Role: Being as a Assistant General Manager on above Projects
Coordinating with consultants (Process Owner/internal client, Structural and MEPs) for drawing release, approvals front & payment release.
Controlling the Project as per the schedule & Cost wise
Executing the Project as per the mile stone and achieving the targets. Tracking & coordinating for Bought out item.
Coordinating with other departments (internal and external) for smooth completion of Projects. Quantity survey, rate analysis for extra item, Planning, MIS to management Conducting review meeting with site and top management for Project performance and
Costing. Controlling the VENDORS and WO as per the budget & schedule.
Coordinating for material requirement like cement, steel and BOI.
Mobilization and Demobilization of resources, budgeting as per Project requirement.
Coordination with Internal & External Departments/Clients for Structure, MEP, and Utility includes HVAC, etc. for the Projects.
