• Worked as a team on IT Migration project, Windows migration to a new domain of EMEA region, including AD user work station, mails, web application & portals.
• Supporting L1, L2 level for 20 remote sites in EMEA, which include more than 2, 000 IT devices & Applications.
• Handle and resolve the IT support requests/tickets during pre- and post-migration. Handled up to 20 support requests per day.
• For support, used remedy ticketing system, on-call, E-mail, Intune, skype, Microsoft team, Polycom.
• Manage Monitor Configure MobilePASS OTP Multifactor Authentication / 2 Factor Authentication \[MFA-2FA\] for Web Access applications, portal, mails, VPNs server, etc.
• Manage Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager on client & server.
• Provision/Install/Activate the user’s IT administration task through Enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution.
• Manage and monitor PAM Privilege Management for Windows Servers & client -Avecto.
• Monitoring, troubleshooting Cisco AnyConnect VPN
• On-boarding, off-boarding & train corporate employees from a different country by assigning security access levels to corporate network and resources.
• Manage & troubleshoot overall IT-related equipment & services.
• Investigate incidents caused by malicious activities and identify their origin.
• Maintain all security tools & technology assets up to date.
• Rollout User-specific Microsoft Office versions, Updates, Patches using Microsoft system center.
