• Managing Projects in all phases, from RFP till project completion; coordinated projects and managed multiple sites; oversaw the superintendent, field engineers, foremen, and tradesmen while ensuring quality assurance and compliance to all safety, environmental standards and government regulations of various Saudi Aramco & Saudi electricity Projects

• Prepare project work schedule, with the Company Representative allied to agreed man-power/ equipment estimates, and materials lead times. Show a critical path chart/ method from start to completion and handover.
• Capable of through incident investigation and determining causal factors using root cause analysis
• Submit weekly progress reports highlighting overrun/under run on man-hour/equipment and adherence to programmed. These reports to be submitted, and discussed at the scheduled project meeting, or as require maintaining progress and costing effectiveness
• Closely monitor regularly to maintain both quality control and cost effectiveness. Specific areas of concern (such as workmanship, faulty or defective materials, equipment, etc.) will be corrected as far as possible at the earliest noticeable stage.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of project data & check with stakeholders confirming their requirements
• Independently communicated on technical matters with the client
• Conduct Inspection for any related works and verify if workmanship base on company’s Standards and Specification.
• Preparation of Monthly Management Process result beings updated for all project being handled
• Responsible for providing & maintain safe & health working conditions of the project site & follow operation practices that safe guard all employee which will result in the efficient operations.
• Contract Implementation, attend coordination’s and site inspection with client.
• Ensured staff and sub-contractors timesheets were accurately completed
• Preparation of progress invoices & follow with client
• Undertook all monthly project financial cost reporting
• Preparing prequalification, technical & commercial proposal for various Saudi Aramco, SEC, Marafiq, Sadara & Sabic projects

Design and Develop Scope of works and Technical reports
of varioussubstation and other electrical projects and design
the drawings Using the software of Microstation v8.1 with
international standards like
NEC, IES, ANSI, ASTM, NEMA, NFPA, UL, ICEA and SECO
standards.
Develop contract schedule/Duration, like Mobilization and
Work duration of projects.
Coordinate with concerncontractor to execution of projects.
Check the materials and equipment supplied by the
contractor and give approval as per company standards
