 Apply warranty terms and conditions to suit the market requirements

 Monitor and ensure the accomplishment of the targets agreed in the business plans
 Perform market visits and follow-up meetings with Shareholders, General Managers at Importers/Direct Dealers
 Support and advice importers and dealers on service or parts investment plans and development strategies

 Coordinate the implementation of the CSS in the market

 Authorize warranty labour rate for Importers
 Coordinate Warranty Training with Manufacturers
 Coordinate Manufacturer audits when necessary
Technical /Non-Technical Training
 Coordinate, implement and monitor training standards
 Establish training programs
 Coordinate training synergies with Brands/Importers (e.g. trainers, courses etc.)
 Evaluate training activities and establish summary
