Was involved in the from scratch development of the online digital journeys for SAB Retail banking such as:
Account Opening Digitaljourney, KYC, PAyment, Document issuance, appointment booking:
This involved building the online digital journey experience for the customers to request opening a bank account or update their KYC or initiate payment transfers at
SAB.It involved integration using RESTful APIs with the below mentioned 3rd party government services for
authentication and customer personal information validation and eventually creating the account in the core banking
AS400 system also known as HUB.
3rd party services built:
Nafath - Customer authentication and personal details retrieval
Yakeen - Customer personal details retrieval
Saudi Post - Customer address retrieval
Thakkak - Verification of the mobile number with customer ID
Nabaa - Sending notifications to customer mobile numbers saved in National Information center through
Absher service
There is integration with other internal systems such as:
SMS gateway - to send SMS to customers
Enterprise communication platform - sends push notification to customer mobile numbers
HUB - Internal core banking system.

 Responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of multiple Web based Workflow systems (500 +)
directed towards strategic business and other organizational objectives of Saudi British Bank.
 Manage a team based in HSBC China, Business Analysis, Cost estimation, and resource management for developing
workflow solutions.
 Proactively manage systems development, implementation, and risk via the use of SDLC.
 Present periodic Dashboard reports on current projects, future opportunities, and client issues
 Coach, mentor and lead personnel within a technical team environment.

 Playing the role of an SCM (Software Configuration Manager) ensuring all the deliverables are on a timely basis
following the HSBC Group processes. This includes usage ofMQC for logging defects and doing release management
by checking for all the process artifacts like the EDR, test scripts, release notes, defect sheets, MOM, and database
template files are maintained in MKS, a software versioning tool.
 Played the role of DPC (Defect Prevention Champion) and conducted regular meetings with the team members
to analyze the root cause of the defects logged in MQC and prepared the DPC Report for causal analysis.
 Conducting seminars on important aspects of technology and new features in it.
