Roles & Responsibilities:
•Preparation and following all procurement process of sourcing, contracting, negotiating etc.,

Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Start-up (EPC) works for the New Abu Dhabi International Airport (ADIA) Aviation Fuel Depot Project for ADNOC
Roles & Responsibilities:
•Identifying the Capital materials & Project required materials with specs.
•Taking of all items for ordering the materials of project and supporting project management.
•Tracking of increase in quantity consumption during execution and updating the value of increase highlighting to the management.
•Final Reconciliation of materials procured Vs drawing quantity Vs Construction Quantity and highlighting to management.
•Vendor registration/ prequalification formalities with Commercial license/ Trade license
•Checking and Certification of Sub-Contract Bills measurements.
•Preparation of Claims of additional worked quantities to Client as variations
•Getting Quotation for the materials and preparation of Comparative statement and finalizing the vendor based on the technical / commercial quotes.
•Negotiation with the L1, L2 & L3 Meeting for finalization of commercial value.

Construction of BQ Station Facilities, RDS-1, & 16” Transfer Line (Package-A) for ADCO.
Roles & Responsibilities:
•Administer subcontractor’s contracts maintaining a continual review of progress and providing management with information regarding projected financial or technical difficulties.
•Identifies contractual problems and possible claims by contractor and takes appropriate action to ensure a satisfactory resolution and informing management/client of the same.
•Manage variations and changes to the contract and prepare, demonstrate, negotiate and follow up of Final Accounts, Variations and Claims, until settlement of subcontractor’s contracts.
•Coordinating between the Project Execution team and the Subcontractors regarding Contractual matters.
•Weekly Progress Recordings from Site Visits and Coordination with the Planning Department and Construction Managers for producing the Quantity Reports.
•Preparation of Monthly Payment Application to the client based on the progress at site.
•Assist Cost control engineer for cost value reconciliation.
•Identifying the events for variation and claim and sending notification letter.
•Preparing subcontractor liability statement for Head office purpose.
•Assisting /supporting project manager in handling all contractual and commercial matters.

Roles & Responsibilities:
•Monitor all Commercial Information in relation to project.
•Preparation of Official Contractual Communication/letters to the Client and consultant.
•Reviewing and identifying variation against the Main contract and preparation of Variation Request/Claim against Main Contract to the client/consultant.
•Preparation of Subcontract Tender packages for procurement.
•Preparation of Contractual Documentation for the purpose of Subcontract Agreements.
•Preparation of scope of works and interface responsibility matrix for the Subcontract Packages.
•Preparation of Variation Orders and Site Instructions to the Subcontractor.
•Certification of Subcontractor payment application.
•Supply all relevant information to the Commercial Manager for review at the specified interval.
