Reporting directly to the Food and Beverage Director for the day to day operations to provide an efficient, expedient and courteous service to the guest
Ensuring that the guest satisfaction is according to the hotel standard and drive guest comments to achieve guest feedback through Trip Advisor, Booking.com and other social media platforms.
Working with the Sales and Marketing Team to plan, prepare/create media campaigns for promotion related to my outlets
Actively involved on all financial aspects related to my outlets such as but not limited to monthly P&L, pricing, costing, budgeting, forecasting expense controlling and daily/monthly revenue report.
Plan, prepare and facilitate training within the department to ensure that training needs are addressed based on guest comments, social media information and new products and services.
Directly coordinate with the Executive Chef and Executive Pastry Chef for the planning, creation and execution of menus related to my outlets.
Update Department of Training manual on a yearly basis to meet current trend and business objectives.
Responsible for disciplinary action for the team members.
Personally, heading the Performance Management of the outlet (yearly appraisal and development plans for team member promotion).
Responsible for the manning, staff allocation and recruitment of team members within my outlets.
