 Reporting directly to the Food and Beverage Director for the day to day operations to provide an efficient, expedient and courteous service to the guest
 Ensuring that the guest satisfaction is according to the hotel standard and drive guest comments to achieve guest feedback through Trip Advisor, Booking.com and other social media platforms.
 Working with the Sales and Marketing Team to plan, prepare/create media campaigns for promotion related to my outlets
 Actively involved on all financial aspects related to my outlets such as but not limited to monthly P&L, pricing, costing, budgeting, forecasting expense controlling and daily/monthly revenue report.
 Plan, prepare and facilitate training within the department to ensure that training needs are addressed based on guest comments, social media information and new products and services.
 Directly coordinate with the Executive Chef and Executive Pastry Chef for the planning, creation and execution of menus related to my outlets.
 Update Department of Training manual on a yearly basis to meet current trend and business objectives.
 Responsible for disciplinary action for the team members.
 Personally, heading the Performance Management of the outlet (yearly appraisal and development plans for team member promotion).
 Responsible for the manning, staff allocation and recruitment of team members within my outlets.
