مشروع التخرج بمصنع الاسمدة باسيوط .. بعد الحصول على خام الفوسفات من أماكن استخراجه ونقله لمصانع أنتاج الأسمدة وأماكن تخزينها، يتم خلطها بحامض الكبريتيك الذي يتخلل خلال حجر الفوسفات ليصاحبها تفاعل كيميائي سريع حتى يتم تبلور كبريتات الكالسيوم... - ثم ينتشر حامض الفوسفوريك خلال مسام جزيئات الخام الحجري ليصاحبها تفاعل ثنائي، ثم يتم نقل حجر الفوسفات المطحون إلى الخلاط المخروطي المزدوج ليتم إضافة حمض الكبريتيك بعد تخفيفه ليصبح نسبة تركيزه 75% ويحدث التفاعل الأول ...الخ «
