Responsible for the entire Concrete Ready Mix division’s Operations.

To coordinate and plan a timely production schedule to meet Projects'requirements.

Evaluate and analyze plant performance, modification with efficiency, thereby reducing costs, and reaching optimum levels.

To maintain a healthy & safe environment that complies with local law regulations. Meet with team members on work safety and follow-up on accidents investigation reports.

Responsible for effectively managing the dispatch of: mixer trucks, cement haulers, and aggregate supply to balance needs against production.

Liaise with the Management team and staff to set production goals and budgets, ensure that the goals are achieved and budgets maintained.

Quality standards to be set and ensure the same is maintained

Ensure timely deliveries, with follow-up on complaints and lead the team on solving issues, whether on quality or productivity.

Review production results and audit production system.

Set objective for Ready Mix Department.

Ensures that each employee in the department is aware of his job requirements, and the standard of performance which is expected of him.

Contributes to the development & evaluation of training program.

Ensures that tools & equipment are adequate to support product and service quality programs.

Maintains effective and good communication practices within the department and with other departments.

• Direct the ready-mix concrete operations to achieve maximum productivity, efficiency, and quality at minimum cost of production.
• Analyze plant performance and evaluate modifications and capital improvements to increase efficiencies and reduce costs.
• Done the complete installation of five 120m3 Batching Plants, four 84 TPD Ice Plant, Four 372m3 Chiller Plant, Recycling Plant, Water treatment Plant and 4 weigh bridges
• Dealing with all aspects of Plant & machinery management, which includes planning, Trouble shooting and problem solving
• Training, developing, supervising and motivating employees towards accomplishing departmental and company goals and objectives
• Working with all personnel to maximize productivity, efficiency, quality, cost containment and coordinating personnel
• Ensuring company safety objectives, environmental compliance
• Maintenance In charge for Five 120m3/Hr Concrete Batching plant, four 84 TPD Ice Plant, Four 372m3 Chiller Plant, Recycling Plant, Water treatment Plant and 4 weigh bridges
• Developing and implementing Quality Assurance Procedures, Manual, Forms and work instructions as per ISO 9001:2000.
• Assure safe working environment and environmental compliance for the operations by coordinating safety and environmental programs with local ESH Managers.
