Profile was to find out and meet customers who are interested in both B-Segment and C-segment cars of Tata Motors ie. INDICA XETA, INDICA, INDIGO cars and to satisfy their ego and help them to find out a suitable segment and retain the customers. Then I was promoted as Sr. Sales Consultant Since January 2007.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Meet and build relationships with Retailers
Preparing client and market mapping reports for the area / industry.
Conducting competition tracking and monitoring on a daily basis
Preparing sales and sales related reports including daily call reports, weekly
reports, sales projection report, monthly sales plan etc.
Contributing to sales strategy and generating ideas for revenue maximization.
Order booking
Ensure budgeted revenue achievement and timely collections for the city.
Responsible to keep Dealers satisfied by ensuring proper quality of merchandise being supplied
Following up with factory for ensuring timely deliveries of merchandise at the stores with proper quality. Responsible for indoor and outdoor brand awareness
Responsible for achieving secondary sales target set by the company
Analysis of Customer Buying Behavior
Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
