Job Responsibilities
• Document scrutiny & collection for visa processing and also ensure great confidentiality of datas involving Passports and Bank statements and ensure data protection.
• Imparting the required information to the customers who visit the center and also via the Call Center and E mail depending on the duty assigned
• The Second point of Contact with the German Embassy after the Manager and in the absence of Manager with regard to the day to day operations of the Visa Application center.
• Liasoning with the Consulate officials and maintaining a cordial relationship
• Ensuring all administration & logistics of passport delivery to consulate / applicant / Logistics Company etc.
• Handling Customer complaints and grievances and rerouting to the respective authorities like VAC manager or the German Embassy.
• Maintain & record and ensure confidentiality of all application datas and handling of cash & bank related transactions.
