1. Managing a sizeable team, leading the operational finance teams relating
to General Ledger, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable. (RTR, PTP, OTC)
2. Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Reports and financial
statements.
3. Participating in reviews of on-going business activities; advising
management on tax consequences and opportunities with emphasis on tax
efficiency and compliance with legal requirements
4. Analyzing the impact of IFRS over the financial statements and internal
control environment, including changes in processes and controls for
subsequent years
5. Analyzing monthly fluctuations in Balance Sheet Accounts; conducting
root cause analysis of accounts having major fluctuations on a monthly
basis
6. Reviewing Balance Sheet accounts and Profit & Loss accounts at unit level;
ensuring integrity of all reported financial statements
7. Guiding the accounting department in creating reports and financial
statements to be presented at annual meetings
8. Working with other departments, helping them balance their budget and
meet goals
9. Documenting and maintaining reports related to cash flow and presenting
them to regulatory authorities
10. Intercompany Reconciliations
Management of Books of Accounts, Preparation of Balance sheet, Preparation of Monthly Reports, Reconciliations, Taxation, IFRS compliance. Team management.
