Played an Important role for Jacobs Zate to complete recruitment/Staffing and Mobilization resources.
-Planner & implementer with expertise in managing Recruitment strategy for different technical recruitment's with key focus on proper search patterns & proper pitch while speaking with candidates.
-Exposure in working with Multi-Cultural Environment, Multi-tasking and involved in recruitment of Oil and Gas, Power & Petrochemical personnel from US, UK, EU, Africa, Middle East, Asia, and Fareast, for Engineering, Design & Construction Management (PMC) Projects.
-Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
-Recruitment, selection and placement of right people for the right job at the right time across the company and ensure the positions are filled in a timely manner by cultivating sources and contacts.
-Involved in the process of selection, which includes advertisements in News papers, sourcing through advertisements, websites, placements agencies etc.
-Coordinating with the Project Managers, CM’s & DM's for manpower requirements in their departments.
-Maintaining and updating the Resume database of the CVs received from different sources i.e. agencies, Jacobs Recruitment, recruitment Websites(monster, bayt, naukri and gulf-talent), direct approaches, through references etc.
-Maintaining/Updated Jacobs “Active People Register” database for Jacobs Internal job transfer.
-Preparing weekly and monthly status reports to Jacobs global offices on recruitment activities.
-Data analysis -Weekly, Monthly, etc., Responsible for Recruitment Reports, turnover analysis, Preparation of monthly HR Metrics.
-Negotiated competitive fees, and set up service level agreements with preferred Manpower supplier.
-Acted as liaison with recruiting agents and embassies in resolving any problems related to the deployment of personnel.
Mobilization of new hires across the company in KSA; who come from different parts of the world.
Creating requisition for all the required open position post them on social sites and in Taleo/monster/Linkedin.
Preparing Job Description’s and work instruction for the different positions.
Identify the visa category and correct match for the candidates in mobilizations.
Right talent resources hunting for the open position and conduct the initial interviews round.
Arrange the interview with department/hiring manager and the candidate with suitable time.
Negotiate and convince the candidate for the best suitable benefits.
✓ Resource planning with the recruitment team & management.

✓ Preparation of letter of Invitation to enter in Kingdom on Business visa.
✓ Tracking all employees to exit Kingdom on time in to avoid any government penalties

Oversees the liaising by the members of the designated team with representatives of the finance unit in respect to issuance and amendments of pro forma invoices, payment monitoring, reminders etc.
Assists management in continuous development and implementation of file management procedures and filing/retrieving procedures.
Produces and maintains daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly (or as needed) reports and information reports, for use by management and/or to facilitate monitoring of recurrent tasks.
Ensures the accurate and immediate update of the database/checklist of companies / clients of information with the structuring officer.
Prepares proposals for both inbound and outbound visa formalities for candidates for Saudi Arabia.
Job Responsibility:
• Recruitment of new quality agents and business partner for the company.

• Working with senior management to create policies and procedures; recruit agents and employees; create group benefits databases.

Job Responsibility:
• Administers employment agreements for the Eastern Hourly, Local & Western employees including Exempt and Non-Exempt employees.
• Processes employee mobilization and Demobilization reimbursements.
• Processing Status Change Records (SCR`s) for all the promotions, transfers and ensures the position control number applied for the jobs coincides with the requisition.
• Handled over 4000 employees and ensures smooth operation with regard to the employee report of separations, internal transfers, promotions, employment agreements, data entry of personnel transactions into database, assist with customer inquiries, and other employee related transactions.
• Prepared Report of Separation and ensures an employee is out processed through appropriate channel and Schedule for out-processing briefing.
• Administered and manage a fleet process for whole HR department.
• Conducted Self Auditor for the HR Department.
• Developed and researched market in order to develop and implement marketing strategies and sales plan
• Launched new pharmaceutical products on market
