My Responsibilities :
• Ensure Finance controls and plant costing operation along with cash flow forecasts and cash flow management are in line with the company’s policies.
• Preparation and reporting of consolidated financial statements complying IFRS standards on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis- Income Statement P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow.
• Manage accounting department and lead accounting team to ensure all financial activities like AP, AR, GL, cost accounting entry, Payroll are correctly recorded in Oracle based ERP systems.
• Working closely with plant finance and operations team for understanding the various aspects of the manufacturing process and the measure impact on financial performance.
• Interpret and review all manufacturing, sales, logistics operations, Finance & admin expense.
• Preparing Master Budget and forecasting of plant manufacturing and production cost also accountable for maintenance of standard cost system to report variances.
• Prepares profitability analysis, Break even analysis, reporting of actual results for month, quarterly and annual data with budget metrics.
• Management reporting MIS & Ad- Hoc reports using advanced MS Office Packages -excel features, providing meaningful figures to management for reliable Decision-Making.
• Manage fixed asset register, Project tracking of actual capex spent as compared to Budgeted Capital Expenditure, responsibility of updating charts of account in ORION ERP, preparing appropriate estimates for amortization, prepayments, accruals, other finance schedules.

• Accountable to ensure LC Documents are compliant with UCP terms and avoid discrepancies.
• Performing monthly reviews of all journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, reconciliations of multi-currency bank account and intercompany transactions.

• Core Team Member in Successful Implementation of ORION ERP based on Oracle Platform before deadline & Represented Finance Team in FSSC Implementation at Orontes Group.
• Introduced Internal Control measures and convinced management to deal with Foreign Clients using Letter of Credits to avoid Fraudulent Financial Transactions at Orontes Group.
• Completed audit for FY 2013, 2014 & 2015 and successfully built budget for FY 2015 & 2016
