Developing Sales strategies and setting targets, Monitoring team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets. Monitoring day to day activities of the sales team. Responsible for strictly implementation of the policies and procedures. Timely issuance of the Bancassurance policies. Responsible for the achievement of Bancassurance target with the help of assigned sales team.
