 Preparing of financial forecast, project reports and projected financials (CMA) for Business loan including Term loan, working capital loan, Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee.
 Knowledge of VAT as per UAE Law
 Reporting on financial performance and preparation for regular leadership reviews
 Analyze past results, perform variance analysis; identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
 Preparing financial reports that depict the organization’s financial position, such as trial balance, Profit and loss account, account receivable/payable listing.
 Executing accounting for all areas such as booking invoices, expense, salaries, banks, and fixed assets accounts receivable/payable, account reconciliation Debtor Ageing, Creditor Ageing, Credit terms, Cash Position, Customer Profitability, coordinating with external Auditor.
 Country research to identify Business opportunities
 Create frequent reviews and reports with figures and financial data.
 Identify product for company's product range extension.
 Research on market existing player business detail, brand comparison, potential & market share.
 Identify vendor and buyer and negotiation

 Discussion with management of companies to understand strategy and business model.
 Follow-up & coordination with the clients for providing required information to carry out the rating assignments.

 Analysing past performance of companies by benchmarking against peers’ performance and analysing the industry and projecting future performance of the companies.

 Accurately following the changes in external environment affecting the respective industries and periodically analysing the impact of the same on the performance of the companies.
 Timely Preparation of Rating notes & sending it to QCT in consultation with the group head.
 Representing the case and making credit rating recommendations to rating committee
 Conducting detailed analysis on policies governing industry.
 Special Assignment allotted during the period
 Preparation of rating report for state power distributing companies which are under the surveillance of Power Finance Corporation Ltd on yearly and quarterly basis.
 Preparation of quarterly report for state discom companies under the UDAY scheme.
 Management discussion with client regarding the assignment on independent basis.

 Liasoning with various rating agencies for rating of the corporates.
 Liasoning with various advocates for valuation and title clearance of mortgage property.
 Dealing with new and prospective banks for building relationship
 Entire loan sanctioned operation activities
 Also Handled Non Performing Assets (NPA) restructuring cases which includes:
 Preparation of One Time Settlement (OTS) Proposal
 Preparation of Restructuring Scheme for Repayment of Dues
 Prepared full Report of Scheme under section 391 of companies Act1956, Compromise and arrangement scheme.
