In this company i had to manage daily operations, optimizing product efficiency, and developing effective sales strategies. I also had a responsibility to lead the production team, ensuring quality control, identifying new business opportunities and maintaining client relationship.
This company involves promoting and selling unique, handmade crafts and art pieces to customer both in-store and online, as well as at various events. As I had worked in this company I have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep appreciation for handcrafted items and had a responsibility to engage with customers, meeting sales targets, organizing product displays.
