Auditing Companies against QMS, EMS, OHSAS & other Management Systems Requirements.
Performing stage 1, stage 2 & surveillance audits and assessments for ISO 9001, 14001, & OHSAS 18001 as Lead Auditor, Sole Auditor and Team Member.
Provide customers with timely, complete and accurate reports of their current level of compliance or implementation of their management system.
Maintain appropriate audit credentials and pursues advancement of those credentials and other related credentials as needed.
Development and implementation of ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 18001:2007, ISO/TS 29001:2011, ISO 17020:2012 within Applus Velosi, UAE.
Perform second party audits and project audits to the clients for various management system standards.
Technical File/Audit Documentation Preparation, Technical Review and Maintenance as per ISO 17021-1:2015, 17021-2:2016, ISO 17021-3:2017 requirements.
QMS, EMS & OHS Certification Scheme Maintenance Division for JAS ANZ and Dubai Accreditation Center.
Witness audit by accreditation body DAC & JAS ANZ to verify the competency in performing audits.
Compliance to Accreditation requirements, documentation, approval, training of staff, etc.
Contract review according to the IAF regulations for Man days calculation based on organization size, scope, EA and NACE codes.
Conduct internal QHSE & 17020 audits across the Organization. Development and analysis of country level objectives/ KPI related to QHSE within Applus Velosi, UAE.
Reporting to top management on the performance of Quality, Environment, Health & Safety Management systems at periodic intervals.
To act as a consultant for the implementation of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 10002:2004 Management Systems.
Consultation and preparation of quality & environment related documents, procedures, work instructions, aspect - impact, Service Level Agreements (SLA) and formats in requirement to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007 & ISO 10002:2004.
Monitoring implementation of procedures that bridge the gaps for corrective and preventive
actions as per standard requirements.
Plan, adapt & execute QMS & EHS internal audits across various Organizations.
To identify the root cause for the customer complaints reported and to perform a corrective
action based on the root cause.
To conduct follow up of the non-conformities & OFIs raised during audit.
Conducting periodic analysis and providing recommendations for improvement in quality, environmental objectives/ KPI.
Conducting awareness training on various management systems to the clients.
Liaison with certifying bodies in the process of client certification like URS, DNV etc.
Coordinating with all the Departmental Heads for the process improvement and for the
effective Quality and Environmental Management System.
Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing
information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective
actions, and re-validations.
Execute and implement quality activities in compliance with company goal.
To conduct QMS & EMS internal audits as per the schedule.
Evaluation of the significant aspect-impact related to environmental parameters.
To develop operational control procedures & Environmental Management Program based on
significant aspect & objectives.
To ensure all the legal and other regulatory requirements are complied.
To conduct training for all the staffs on awareness of ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004.
To conduct follow up audit for the non- conformities and potential for improvement raised
during the previous audit.
To conduct supplier quality audit & inspection agency audit based on ISO 9001:2008 standard.
To conduct Safety & Housekeeping Audits, 5S Audits across all the Locations.
Ensure that all new staff are inducted into the requirements of QMS related to their own roles and responsibilities.
