As second in-line in the system, reporting to Managing Director of the company on entire businesses in Creative Zing’s portfolio. Strengthening existing business and motivating the team for quality and quantity of work is what I do briefly.
Role: Brand Strategy & Planning, Client Services, Project Execution and Production.
Highlights:
• Conceptualised and executed a major retailing project which was executed across GCC for Berger Paints.
• Single-handedly conceptualised, designed and executed an exhibition stand at FGB - National Housing Exhibition for Berger Paints.
• Played a vital role for new product launches
I was responsible for three major brands of TVS, one of the biggest motorcycle manufacturers in India, TVS Apache, TVS Phoenix and TVS Racing, considered among the prestigious and best revenue generators in McCann. Lead the team for any brand related activities for these three brands, including setting superior quality standards to maximize the impact on the brand image.
Role: Direct the brand planning team, ensure smooth operational execution, resource planning and maintain good financial health of the business.
Highlights:
Developed and executed a brand revival plan for TVS Apache which made a positive impact on the brand image and market share of the product.
Overhauled brand’s social media plan by integrating the overall brand plan
I was handling Toyota India account, a vital client for Dentsu, accounting for one third of the entire business. Handled brands ranging from passenger cars to SUVs. Responsibilities included handling two account managers & two senior executives and directing their efforts to ensure smooth business functioning. Was part of the core team facilitating marketing and branding activities, by preparing PPT presentations to client, campaign scheduling, planning & strategic activities for the brand. Activities also included working closely with Japanese counterparts in the form of clients as well as higher level management of Dentsu.

Product Launches: Corolla Altis, Innova, Land Cruiser, Prius, Etios & Etios Liva.
Delhi Auto Expo 2012 - Part of core team involved in planning, execution and 360 degree campaign for Toyota, which showcased Etios Sedan Concept, Hatch concept & World’s highest selling Hybrid ‐ Prius.
NDTV Toyota Greenathon: Part of the team in charge for award winning green initiative campaign aired in India’s prominent news channel NDTV.
Part of the core team that worked on conceptualizing, planning and launching the campaign of Etios & Etios
Liva - Toyota’s first entry‐level car.
Etios Motor Racing: Conceptualized and executed the concept of Etios Motor Racing Championship to align brand Etios with Toyota’s global concept “Waku-doki” . Intermediate personnel between Toyota Racing Department (TRD) and local consultant to structure, plan and execute races & training program.
Manage the development and execution of all advertising, promotional and point of sales support materials. Planning for business development and keeping a monthly track of progress. Managing product launches, schemes through all ATL and BTL activities and development of sales support material.
