Organizational Management: -Created Organization Objects- Organizational Units, Jobs, Positions etc. -Assigning Relationship between different objects like Job to position, position to person, planned compensation to job. -Defined and maintained planned working times for position & Organizational unit. Time Management: -Configured the IMG settings: Work Schedules, Absences and Quotas required for time management. -Created Holiday calendar, defined public holiday classes according to the requirements. -Grouped public holiday calendar. -Configured Work Schedule Rules. -Define Absences, Leave Quotas, Leave entitlement. -Define Absence Quotas based on employee group and employee subgroup. Personnel Administration: -Created and configured the enterprise structure (Personnel areas & personnel subareas), Personnel structures(Employe group & employee subgroup). -Configured infotypes in HR master data screens as per the requirements. -Created Personnel Actions and reason for actions as per the requirements. -Customization of infotypes, info types menu and screen header modifications. Payroll: -Defining Pay scale type and area, assigning pay scale structure to enterprise structure. -Created Wage types and define wage type characteristics. -Assigning symbolic accounts and GL accounts to the wage types. -Configured various features like LGMST to set default wage types, TARIF for pay scale area & pay scale type etc. -Configure Payroll calendar, Cumulation calendar. -Created new date modifiers, period parameters and assign them to payroll area. -Configured payroll area, payroll control record, payroll periods. -Unit Testing of Portal based applications like ESS. -Executed Functional Testing & Regression Testing.
Handle the tasks of troubleshooting basic network issues on-site and escalate problem to higher level of support, when required Taking necessary action on complaints received from clients based on technical data available from various NMS tools and resolving the same with support of NOC Team in case of network issue or field team in case of issue observed with client end connectivity. Access of Core Routers/ POPs via telnet installed in operational cities to check the ping response of serving Access Point and client end device in order to determine drop in connectivity as well as speed related issues. Remote Monitoring of Network & Client End Connectivity via various Tools such as Flex master, Zone director, Telnet, etc. Attending Tickets raised and closing same if issue is resolved. Remote configuration of routers (RUCKUS, Cisco, D-Link, NETGEAR, BELKIN, TP-Link, etc. & various other wireless communication devices available with clients).
