Providing the back end specifications to our service provider for building a strong CMS with daily follow up’s and updates given to our Management
Strong knowledge on Google Analytics and providing daily updates to the category managers.
Ensuring the SEO and SMO activities are done for the portal by coordinating with our service providers. Targets are provided to the team and ensuring to get an update every week on the progress.
Handling the customer data and profiling it accordingly for marketing purposes
Ensuring wireframes are made and shared with our service provider for any new functionality to be implemented in the website. One point contact for testing and providing approvals for moving it to live website.

Handling the P&L Activity of the portal
