•Responsible for creating & tracking a detailed schedule for all projects in the Bangalore region at various stages - technical due diligence, pre-construction, construction stage and post-construction
•Suggest appropriate strategy for smooth workflow to achieve targets - risk and mitigation plan
•Track daily, weekly and monthly - key activities, highlight critical items and make a detailed plan to achieve milestones and complete projects on-time
•Involved in tender activities, coordination with external agencies for key deliverables, setting up a standard project management & handover process.
•Responsible for tracking & maintaining business metrics for various projects and propose best strategy to the team
•Constantly follow key parameters in financial year and highlight key risks and remedial measures

Projects of various types for the use of commercial, residential, office, store, storage hangers etc.
• Studying the scope of work, preparing & tracking construction schedules for various projects
• Monthly & weekly project forecast report, and material, manpower tracking
• Responsible for monitoring cost & resource for individual projects, timely availability of materials & maximum resource utilization, technical
& design support to ensure smooth running of the work

• Preparing & monitoring the master project schedule to assess the work progress with tracking of cost and progress
• Responsible for supervision of construction activities (civil, structural, finishing)
