•Troubleshoot testing of all the meetings room equipments before the meeting schedule to avoid any interception.
•Scheduled maintenance of all the AV products at GMR.
•Generate report for list of product status and conducted meetings on monthly basics.
•Support upgrade of existing setup.

•Real time support and monitoring of all Immersive meetings
•Report problems with video infrastructure to Cargill SME and Resolve Level 2 escalations for standard Polycom video endpoints.
•Provide priority support to executives having issues with Conference Rooms and Audio and Video equipment
•Respond to Remedy tickets and EMS calendar for Immersive Suite support and standard Polycom video endpoints
•Facilitate large conference Audio and Video support for a local audience, broadcast the conference to other locations, record and distribute the conference in a digital media format as required.
•Assist event owners in rehearsing and presenting conference materials utilizing the Audio and Video Equipment and technologies as required.
•Capture live virtual meetings such as WebEx and Skype and publish for on-demand playback as required
•Maintain AV conferencing facilities in the Campus including the Polycom Infrastructure for video conferencing and collaboration
•Assist users in utilizing AV equipment, whether in advanced notice or on call for real time needs
•Coordinate any Audio and Video equipment hardware failures with Facilities team and respective vendors. Work with Facilities team to arrange any standby Video Conferencing equipment as needed.
