I) In charge of the Group's global and local supply chain development, procurement and product management.
II) Designing and management of procurement parameters, policies and systems, most effective reordering systems, etc as per the best practices worldwide.
III) Build and Manage a strong knowledge of supply market conditions for sourcing the various subcategories of the products being handled and an extensive network of vendors and their offerings and unique strengths & weaknesses,

VIII) Inventory planning and financial planning including budgeting relative to the procurement process.
IX) Product Development and product management - Development and launch of new products/product categories, providing the market support and to integrate successfully the same with the current product portfolio .
X) Overseeing the performance of various product categories and products, devise strategies for the same.
XI) Working closely with the strategic marketing teams to leverage and create profitable opportunities provided by favourable trends in various products.
XII) Inventory and Stores Management - Ensuring the implementing of best industry practises by the stores team.
XIII) Ensuring the best operational Matrix for the fleet management of the vehicles of the organisation.
XIV) Proper Training and development of all procurement, supplychain and logistics executives and managers to enable them to be the most productive.

Successfully established the new setup and was solely responsible for implementing the entire operational framework of the organisation in the domain of Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory Logistics and related human resources.
