PRIME RESPONSIBILITIES
 Implement Quality Management System (QMS), maintain documentation management and process framework in the organization.
 Develop quality strategy, plans, targets and activities based on quality strategies of associated Business Units in coordination with divisional quality
managers.
 Define and derive internal audits. Ensure regular assessments to evaluate the implementation of the mandatory elements of Organizational Quality
Management.
 Ensure Customer satisfaction feedbacks are followed up till closure.
 Drive Non Conformance Cost (NCC) management as a quality focus topic and ensure budget and resource planning.
 Ensure Quality In process, projects and implement measures for continuous improvement.
 Responsible for Supplier Quality Management of local suppliers to secure the delivered quantity and reduce the non-conformance costs.
 Lead and coordinate external audits and initiate necessary corrective actions.
 Keep QMIS up to date to meet legal requirements and ensures integration of EHS and product safety requirements with QMS.
 Conduct regular quality related trainings to the employees.

EXPERIENCE - VENDOR INSPECTION & SUPPLIER QUALITY
 Administrate and Coordinate vendor inspection coverage through third party agencies. Coordinate manpower and budgeting planning for the division.
Coordinate Training for division employees. Provides administrative support to the division. Monitor Vendor’s quality programs during design and
procurement phases of Saudi Aramco Projects and verify compliance with the requirements of Schedule “Q”
 Responsible for Procurement Quality of all the Materials used in 230kV/ 115kV Indoor Gas Insulated Substation, Transmission Lines, Under Ground Cables
and Transition Yards.
 Responsible for Quality deliverables of purchased materials from various suppliers.
 Responsible for Quality inspection of materials during production stage, shop floor assembly, shipment phase and material receipt phase at site.
 Responsible for Review and Verify the Material Requisition Package, Technical Bid Evaluation, No Objection Certificates and Purchase Orders.
 Responsible for Submission of documentations related to Procurement Quality and Weekly Reports to the Customer and Internal Company.
 Responsible for interaction with Domestic Suppliers, International Suppliers, Customers, Government Officials and Inter department functions.
EXPERIENCE - PROJECT QUALITY:
 Managing Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions for the project.
 Leading/ handling the QC team of inspectors and assigning of inspections
 Planning various inspections and assigning Quality Control personnel of respective discipline and client coordination for effective QC checks on time.
 Conducting orientation / training programs to QC team / Execution team for effective implementation of Quality System
 Leading and providing guidance to quality inspectors, reviewing their reports and supervise the activities of all QC inspectors
 Prepare and review the ITP’s, Check Lists, Quality Plans, Procedures, Reports and Documentation.

 Review and arrange all material / equipment inspections as per project requirements
 Monitoring / surveillance of all project activities on daily basics to ensure the works carried out are in line with project requirements
 Inspect the work as per client specification, standards, ITPs, Method of statements, approved documents.
 Verifying the calibration status of Monitoring & Measuring Equipment.
 Verify the Inspection & tests are correctly carried as per ITP’s, Check lists.
 Prepare and support for Internal / external audits and corrective and preventive actions as per the audit finding.
 Attending and Preparing Project weekly quality points for progress meeting report.
 Assistance to preparing Monthly Quality Management Report for Monthly Project Quality index.
 Prepare inspection reports and 2 week look ahead schedule and Updating internal non-conformance report summary.
 Finding Root Cause for NCR and Implementing and monitoring the necessary corrective actions effectively.
 Prepare weekly and monthly reports, IAP status report, materials Report and Non-Conformance reports.
 Assess subcontractor packages and determine the requirements for quality system at the most appropriate levels and Issue non-conformance reports
