Supplier Relationship and Performance Management: Establish and maintain relationships with different suppliers. Monitor their performance and ensure they meet agreed-upon service levels and key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify Underperforming Areas: Identify areas where suppliers are not meeting expectations or underperforming. Coordinate with suppliers to address and resolve these issues promptly. Drive Continuous Improvements: Collaborate with suppliers to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Encourage the implementation of best practices and innovative solutions to enhance service delivery. Onboarding New Suppliers: Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for onboarding new suppliers into the IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Service Level Management (ITSLM) systems. Guide them through the process and ensure smooth integration. Service Level Management: Take ownership of defining and creating end-to-end service levels in the ITSM and ITSLM systems, considering the specific requirements and agreements with suppliers. Service Level Monitoring and Reporting: Customize automated reports from the ITSLM system to provide relevant information to the functional and operations teams. Perform testing and approve the reports for production use. Data Analysis and Problem Identification: Analyze data from the remedy system and ITSLM to identify any problems or discrepancies in billing. Take necessary actions to rectify issues and obtain service credits from suppliers when applicable. Supplier Training: Conduct training sessions for suppliers on ITSLM and reporting processes. Ensure they have a clear understanding of the expectations and requirements. Process Improvement: Continuously develop and improve processes related to supplier management. Maintain supporting documents and guidelines to facilitate effective collaboration with suppliers. Contract Review: Review Statements of Work (SOW) contracts and work closely with suppliers to accommodate any changes in applications, such as additions, modifications, or removals from the support scope.
• Working knowledge of software Asset Management, entitlement, reconciliation, and matrix creation for complete Inventory
• Gathered requirements, analyzed, and provide summarized Inventory reports.
• Day to day management of all changes assigned to the SBG level all around the world.
• Responsible for approving the server, applications, and databases in remedy 8.1.
• Configuration of New and Existing CI's
• Assisting business groups with Inventory related queries
• Responsible for researching and validating missing servers and adding them to repository.
• Responsible for Data Quality while migrating the remedy from 7.5 to 8.1 versions.
• Responsible for coordinating with suppliers to complete business requirements.

• Owned the assigned reports, worked on them, and updated the Report Development Scheduler for status on each report.
• Responsible for tracking the DECOMED servers (Suppliers and Honeywell) and providing the summary report for cost savings.
• Focal point for making sound decisions related to data collection, data analysis, data security, methodologies, and designs.
• Data output - Made data chart presentations from original data, conducted statistical analysis as and when required and provided summaries of analysis.
• Responsible for providing the high-level slides for MOR to leadership.
• Trained data analysis beginners to improve overall efficiency of department.
