Dubai World Trade Centre is the UAE's leading event venue and the largest event and exhibition Centre in the Middle East region. Since its inauguration in 1979, the Dubai World Trade Centre has played a pivotal role in the growth of international trade for the Middle East and today it has become the region’s largest purpose-built complex for events and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities;

• Execute all Quantity Surveying duties of projects from the tendering to completion.
• To Analyze the stability of design and estimate feasibility for construction.
• To make a cost frame for the approved design & making a working budget for the design later sent to the client for perusal.
• Upon approval form client will send RFQ’s out to several approved contractors to match within the budget.
• Effectively negotiating with contractors to bring best cost for the project.
• Ensure ethics and best principles applied to subcontractor tendering, negotiation and finalization.
• Review factory operations and ensure best methods are in place to prevent cost overruns.
• Use knowledge of market conditions to advise management on client budgets and offer value engineering solutions to improve project confirmations.
• Continuously review suppliers and ensure that best material and service rates are available to the organization to help maintain its profit margins.
• Review existing cost estimation methods, identify problem areas and work on solutions to streamline the complete estimation process

I have to ensure that a project complete on time and within budget, project's objectives are met and that everyone else is doing their job properly. Overseeing the project to ensure the desired result is achieved, most efficient resources are used and the different interests involved are satisfied. Managed more than 40 projects in Exhibition and Events worth more than 30 million AED approx. over 6 Months. Depends on the project my responsibilities can cover all aspects of a project from the beginning stages through to completion

Projects Handled:

• Handled Dubai Municipality Stands at Animal Feed Event Include Stage & Side Walls, Separate Stands, Party Area, Child play Area with worth of 6 million
• Successfully Handed Majilis Area and Office Room for Sheikh in ADNEC on IDEX 2017 together with Khalifa University and Dubai Police General Head Quarters around 3000Sqm over all worth around 8 million.
• Car Free Day Event in Union Metro Park worked in a very hard weather and Completed within two days with worth of 3.4 Million
• Handled Signature & Snacks, Cakers (180 Sqm) Dubai Municipality (120 Sqm), Teksut stands in Gulf Food 2017with worth of 4.7 million AED
• Dubai Municipality - Is Your Home Safe Event - Public Awareness Program Conducted around 25 several places like Shopping mall, Beach Area, Dubai Municipality Head Quarters (Deira), Al Tawar Center, Al Manara Center, Arabian Center, Etc.
• Sharjah Institute for Heritage (University Area) Interior full Setup, included sidewall Cladding with Bookshelves, 20 frames with Graphics.

Responsibilities Include;

• Representing the client's or organization's interests.
• Organizing the various professional people working on a project.
• Carrying out risk assessment.
• Using IT systems to keep track of and progress.
• Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.
• Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing.

Handled more than 120 projects in Exhibition and Events of worth more than 60 million AED approx., Grand Royal Wedding set up in Emirates Palace Ballroom (Abu Dhabi) of worth 6 million with Two week set up, Successfully Handled Peugeot, Bikers Lounge and Live Talks at Dubai International Motor Show 2015, Earth Hour Event Set up at Sharjah Park worth of 5 million, work done with full Eco Friendly Material, ABET Laminati stand at Middle East Stone 2016 with worth of 2 Million AED.

• Working ahead of the schedule to ensure project deliverables have been met within agreed upon timelines and the exhibition stands adheres to best quality and safety standards during construction.
• Providing thought leadership and assistance in resolving critically technical matters including structural and design challenges.
• High level estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and time scales with clients and managers, ensuring that the production is cost effective
• Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
• Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
• Work closely to ensure design and planning meets the actual requirements
• Ensure on site work and practices meet company standards

• Handled International Projects like Qatar, Saudi, Bahrain, Lebanon (Gulf Countries) & Cyprus, Turkey, Germany (International) from Project Starting to Hand Over (Taking care for the Stand up to Dismantling). Successful Completed projects for ADS Securities, Majid Al Futtaim, Nakheel,
• Handled first sustainable project in PICO with eco-friendly materials used for construction, Al Futtaim Group stands in WETEX 2013 for GMASCO covering an area of 2400 Sqm, costing around 4.5 million AED.
• Managed Nokia World Event in St Regis Resort, Abu Dhabi in 2013 for Tapaus client with an area of 2400square meter and costing 3 million AED.
• Ensured excellent quality standard stands for Mayridge Group UK in SIBOS 2013 with project costing around4.2 million AED.
• Complicated design with excellent quality stand CISPA @ Navdex (Abu Dhabi) with worth of 3 Million AED.
• Project Planning and Scheduling for all assigned project.

Key Responsibilities;

• Providing complete Client management from initial concepts design to final execution. This includes providing innovative design ideas, preparation of BOQ, liaising with Client for best design solutions and cheaper construction, use of ecofriendly materials.
• Responsible for overseeing management of exhibition and event construction from start to finish, guaranteeing timelines have been met as per project deliverables and in consultation with client as well as event exhibition specifications given by organizers
• Overseeing venue assessments, managing logistics and Vendors Negotiation to get best price for the company.
• Ensure set up done as per set rules, regulations, and that health & safety requirements are met, and make sure followed as per approved project schedule.
• Strong leadership in directing cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationship.

Key Responsibilities;

• Managing part of a construction project, providing technical advice, supervising staff on site and ensuring that their packages are complete on time and within budget and work closely with project managers, project planners, commercial managers and quantity surveyors, who look after project costs, subcontractors and trade professionals; local government representatives; the design team; and the client.
• Acting the main technical adviser on a construction site for sub-contractors, craft people and operatives.
• Setting out leveling and surveying the site
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
• Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant
