• Ensure store staffs are trained in Customer Service requirements and CSAT results are monitored and consistently improved
• Store to be well Merchandised all times with the help of Visual Merchandising team
• Monitor feedback from staff and Customers on products, services and give feedback to relevant stakeholders as required
• Engage staff in the store with regular briefings, one-on-one meetings, monthly / quarterly team meetings
• Role modeling and driving the culture of recognition in store
• Develop people capabilities of both Managers and team members by providing them with timely and constructive feedback
• Taking team through monthly, quarterly and annual performance appraisal, help in formulating a development plan as required
