• Responsible for engineering, execution, resource utilization, team development, and development of engineering initiatives, associated budgets, schedules and supporting resource plans for Traction Power and SCADA System.
• Manage multiple projects from initiation to the closer including Bidding, Coasting, Detail Design, Survey etc.

• Design of SCADA, OCC SCADA system for Mumbai Ahmedabad High Speed Rail (MAHSR).
• Adept and carrying out various inspection and quality checks of Indian Manufacturing unit (ABB, CGL, etc.) to check their manufacturing processes standards and quality of product as per MAHSR project requirement.
• Coordination with proposed vendors for Project costing of Traction power System of MAHSR.
• Manage and take part in Site Survey with Client (NHSRC) at proposed TSS, SP and SSP location for checking its feasibility and.
• Manage India and Overseas customer on Project requirements, Technical clarifications, resource allocation and support forecast, on time project delivery, travel requirements, development standards, Team interaction, delivery status and project forecast.
• Design of SCADA, OCC SCADA system for Mumbai Ahmedabad High Speed Rail (MAHSR).
• Organize and take active participation in Design, Interface and Project Progress meeting with Employer and contractor.
• Monitoring of Contractor Payment process.
• Participate in the Pre-construction Conference.

 Supervision of Testing
 Supervision of Commissioning at Traction power station & BMS SCADA (OCC) as per contract Requirements.

• Manage a project from initiation to the closer.
• Design and review of Traction SCADA System Design for 25kV Substations (TSS), Basic sectioning points SP & SSP, Station by-pass points and Other strategic locations including OCC.
• Design and review of Non-Traction SCADA System Design for Station, IMD, OCC, Auxiliary Power Supply, BMS System.
• Design and review of SCADA RAMS, Redundancy design in the SCADA system to meet the RAMS targets specified for the system.
• Review of Preliminary design deliverable.
• Review of detailed / definitive design deliverable.
• Review of Alert operators immediately of hazardous or incorrect operating condition.
• Review of system capability to allow intervention & Taking any corrective measures for safe & effective operation
• Review the Contractor’s project management and design submissions, method statements, T&C procedures and results that the submissions meet employer’s requirements and are in conformity with the pre-agreed formats contractual and timeline for submission.
• Review of the Contract Documents i.e. Baseline Management Schedule, Work program, Project Management plan, Design Submission Plan. PMIS Etc.

Distinctively spearheaded a team of Engineer Jr. Engineers & technician for different Plant machinery maintenance and troubleshooting in shift.
•To look for day to day breakdowns of plant’s highly automated machines e.g. SIEMENS Automation systems with Programmable Logical Controllers of S-7(200, 300 series).
•Hands on experience of application of DC drive, AC variable speed drives with digital control, of different make i.e. Panasonic, Dynaserv, and Siemens etc.
•Installation & maintenance of, all type of sensors Proximity, Read Switch, Optical Sensors
•Installation & maintenance of electro pneumatics Systems system of different make i.e. SMC, FESTO. etc.
•Program modification and mechanical alignments of different robots and robotic arms for picking and placing the product from conveyer transport systems to process stations and wise versa
•To plan & execute shutdown activity, preventive maintenance Predictive maintenance of the DVD_RW Lines.
•To look for spares availability. To handle the shift activities independently.
•Supervision of new Install software, cycle time & other process parameter for maximum efficiency minimum cycle time for maximize production
•To train subordinate about the latest profile running on the lines.

•Coordinate with Japanese. / Germans personals & production /IMM/ Process department.
