• People Onboarding: Systematically track and maintain comprehensive employee records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Utilize HR tools to streamline the onboarding process for new hires, facilitating a smooth transition into the organization.
• Payroll Administration: Collect, validate, and process payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Perform calculations for salaries, taxes, and other deductions, and generate timely and precise invoices.
• Recruitment Support: Coordinate and schedule interviews, demonstrating a meticulous approach to the recruitment process.
Conduct screening processes to evaluate candidate suitability and contribute to the selection of qualified professionals.
• Employee Grievance Management: Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing and resolving grievances in a fair and timely manner. Foster a positive and supportive work environment by actively managing employee concerns and feedback.
• Operational Oversight: Provide leadership in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring efficiency and compliance with organizational policies. Implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.
